Refund policy

All orders are considered a final sale.

Any damages or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We will arrange a repair or provide a replacement as appropriate.

Damage that occurs in‑home or is caused by pets is not covered under the 48‑hour policy.

All bedding is covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.  The manufacturer's warranty is non-transferable.
